She is survived by: her husband Marshall Cates; her daughter Carolyn Cates Johnson (K. Frank Johnson) of Corinth; her grandsons, R. Lance Cowley (Kymberly Elizondo-Cowley) and Justin M. Johnson (Kimberly W. Johnson); and her great grandchildren, Avery Cowley, Olivia Cowley, Carly Johnson, Reese Johnson, Brighton Wilson, Jillian Wilson and Bonham Wilson.
