She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnett Carey "A. C." Preston and Docia Fay Preston; her siblings, Melba Sykes, Quepha Lewis and Carl Preston; and her grandson Michael Hunter.
She is survived by: her husband William Weller; and her daughters, Kathleen (William) and Janelle (Larry). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
