She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Lester and John Henry Lester; her husband Ernest Hughes; and her siblings, Andy Lester, Hugh Lester, Carl Lester, Edward Lester, Donald Ray Lester, Altha Lester James and Ethel Hodges.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald J Eggleton; her son Danny Joe Eggleton (Paula) of Hobbs, NM; and her sister Jane Watson of Breckinridge, TX. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 3 step-greatgrandchildren; 2 step-great great grandchildren.
