She is survived by: her children, Wayne McVea of Arizona, Ronnie Walker (Vickie Mentor) of Ft. Worth, John McVea of Big Spring, Leonard Hill of Big Spring, Laverne McVea of San Angelo, Kay Marshall of Big Spring, Lowanda Stoglin (Willie) of Elgin and Mary Clark of Austin; and her sister Ruby Thompson. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
