She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Wellington and Frances Pauline Leeper (Derby); and her siblings, Katheryn West, Benjamin Leeper, Charles Leeper and Clifford "Kit" Leeper.
She is survived by: her children, John "Jay" Clark (Theresa) of Omaha, Nebraska and Cristi René Pittman of Dayton, Ohio; and her sister Beth Johnson (Bill). She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and great nephews and great nieces.
