He was predeceased by: his parents, John Watkins and Gussie Watkins; and his sister Patsy Cate. He is survived by: his siblings, John D. Watkins (Darlene) of Lubbock and Mildred Hooser (DeLoyd) of Big Spring; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Cate of Big Spring, Stephen Watkins of New Home, Tammy Stafford of San Angelo, Kristy Black of Big Spring, Kaci Garmon of Wall and Erika Cate of Big Spring.
