He was predeceased by: his parents, Gorman Rainey and Shirlene Rainey (Walker); and his brother Rex Rainey. He is survived by: his wife Cherri Welch; his daughters, Taylor Lara (Justin) of Big Spring and Reagan Howard (Robert) of Big Spring; his grandchildren, Emrie, Winnie Lara and RJ Howard; and his brother Russ Rainey (Janet). He is also survived by many other Brother in laws and sister in laws that he considered siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
