He is survived by: his children, John Cervantes of Big Spring, Arthur Cervantes of Big Spring and Christina Whitley of Stanton; and his sisters, Rosario Medrano of Big Spring and Lucy Robles of Boomer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
