She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Willard Lawlis (Doc) and Ruby Faye Gibson Lawlis; her sisters, Peggy Gilley and Betty Beavers; her former husband Leonard Neil Woods; her daughter Jan Morgan; and her grandson Michael Bermilin.
She is survived by: her son Phil Woods (Karen) of Big Spring; her grandchildren, Christy Woods, Garrett, Stephanie Woods of Artesia, NM, Ashlie Woods of Dallas, Brian Holland of Big Spring, Brandi, Heath Webb of Big Spring, Brandon and Suzzane Woods of Big Spring; and her sister Pam Gibson (Bill) of Lubbock. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
