He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Olivarez; his granddaughter Teresa Dewitt; and his sisters, Maria Garza and Margarita Alvarez. He is survived by: his daughters, Sylvia Garfias of San Angelo, Ester Gonzales of San Angelo, Rebecca Peacock of Big Spring and Sally Grant (Joey) of Sand Springs; his siblings, Jesus Brito, Carmen Hernandez, Lorenza Hernandez, Pat Moreno and Janie Martinez; his grandchildren, Frank Garfias, Jr., Jamie Garfias, Mike Garfias, Gabriel Gonzales, Nicholas Gonzales, Jake Gonzales, Jessica Willard, Kenneth Peacock, Andrea Burt, Adrian Grant and Clay Grant; and his uncle Joe Silva. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
