He was predeceased by: his father James Daniel McDonald. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Yellowitz of St. George and Tonja Yakovich of Rock Springs, Wyoming; and his sisters, Debbie Laursen, Mary Joyce McDonald and Jeannine. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
