He was predeceased by: his parents, Juana Paredez Flores and Amador Flores; his wife Rosa M. Martinez; and his siblings, Zeke Flores, Elena Mier and Elida Juarez.
He is survived by: his children, Sylvia C. Garcia (Roland) of Odessa, Jesse Flores, Jr. (Samantha Villarreal) of Big Spring and Frankie Flores (Cindy) of Pecos; and his siblings, Lorina Chavarria (Joe) of Odessa, Raul Flores of Waco and Tony Flores (Amanda) of Big Spring. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
