He was predeceased by: his wife Elvia; his children, Michael, Leticia and Betty Ann Granados; and his sisters, Antonia Gomez and Judy Cerda.
He is survived by: his children, Hector Granados, Jr. of Dallas, Mark McBeth of Big Spring and Delia Perales (Enrique) of San Antonio; and his siblings, Mariano Granados, Sr. of Big Spring, Ernie Granados (Gina) of Big Spring, Guadalupe Davis (Carlos) of Holland, TX, Dominga Muro of Temple, Carmen Garcia of Temple, Maria Martinez (Felipe) of Temple and Mary Ann Tate (Earl) of Temple. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces & nephews.
