She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery L. Eurbin and Celina Rail Eurbin; her husband Robert E. Barlow; her siblings, Martha "Marty" Shepard and Phil Eurbin; and her brother-in-law Roger Shepard.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Barlow and Cheryl Brown; her nephews, George (Cindy Shepard), Roger Shepard and Al Eurbin; and her grandchildren, Angela McCormick, Martin McCormick, Sonia Barlow and Robert D. Barlow "Bubba". She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
