We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2023, at the age of 68, Gary Burt of Big Spring, Texas, born in Marshfield, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Burt and Olga Laskowski Burt; his brothers, Russell Burt and Jesse Burt; and his son-in-law Jimmy Roper.
He is survived by: his wife Temple Oneta McDaniel; his daughter Jaye Rue (Mario); his grandsons, Dylan Roper of Big Spring, Colton Roper of Big Spring, Alstion Roper of Big Spring and Junior Roper of Big Spring; and his sisters, Irene Heeg, Loretta Osborne (Roy) of Odessa and Cheryl Burt.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his honor be made to Crestview Baptist Church, 2305 Gatesville Rd., Big Spring, TX 79720.
