He is survived by: his daughter Madyson Wade; his siblings, Albert Chavarria, Jr. (Genoveva), Rey Chavarria, Emily Holguin (Efrain) and Erica Holguin (Timothy); and his stepsiblings, Scott Brents and Misty Vickery.
