She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Crutcher and Minnie Crutcher; and her grandson Derek Churchwell. She is survived by: her husband Tom Churchwell; and her sons, Dennis (Debbie), Tommy (Laurie) and Chris (Lana). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Derek Churchwell Scholarship Fund at Howard College and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation (JDRF).
