She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Self and Ola Self; her husband Teddy Joe Fowler; and her brothers, Clyde Everett, Myron Lee, Robert, Snuffy, Weldon "Squeaky" and Johnny Mac Self.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, K'Leigh Baker and Stephanie Ferguson; her great grandchild Boone; her sisters, Dorothy Rucker of Houston and Carolyn Holley of Greenville; her sister-in-law Sandy Self of Amarillo; her children, Dietra Fowler Tutle (Gene) of San Angelo and Joe Fowler (Cindy) of Coahoma; and her great grandchildren, Aaron Ferguson, Ashley Holmes (Zach), Nicholas, Jackson Tutle, Landrie, Parker Tutle, Gracie, Olivia West, Boudreaux Baker, Haley Cash, Hunter Tindol, Haylie Cooper and Hadlee Cooper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Coahoma Meals on Wheels or First Baptist Church of Coahoma (Sunday School Education), Interim Hospice or Cal Farley's Boys Ranch.
