He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernada Hernandez Valencia and Sabino Valencia; his son Stevan Valencia; and his siblings, Manuela Valencia Flores, Sabino Valencia Jr., Aurthor Valencia, Sr., Ray Subia Valencia, Sr., Juan Jose Rodriguez (Big Joe), Oscar Valencia, Sr., Alejandro Valencia Sr., Adam Valencia, Sr., Pallbearers, Eli Mier, Emmitt Lozano, Oscar Madrid, Robert Valencia, Eric Valencia and Jesse Mier.
He is survived by: his wife Delma Valencia; his children, Leticia Valencia, Sabrina Valencia Madrid, Raquel Valencia, Christopher Valencia and Timothy Valencia; and his siblings, Guadalupe Yanez, Antonia Valencia, Irene Garfias, Mary-Elma Saldivar, Mary-Elva Baldovinos (Alicia Valencia Salas) and Joe Ernest Valencia, Sr.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandson.
