It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ellen Elizabeth (Pustka) Thomason of Big Spring, Texas, born in Rowena, Texas, who passed away on October 7, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Millie Putska and Alfred Putska; her spouse Bennie Willard Thomason; her son Bennie Wayne Thomason; and her siblings, Robert Pustka, Al Pustka, Justine Kennedy and Margaret Dailey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Desdie Odell Smith of Mallary, Jacqueline Eylene Lanqlinais of Waco, Anna Marie Knopp of Katy and Cynthia Darlene Kerby (Troy Kerby) of Coahoma; and her sister Mary Pustka. She is also survived by 27 grandkids and 46 great grandkids.
