It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elbert Milton Long of Big Spring, Texas, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Henry Long and Mildred Louise Long (Broughton); his spouse Monohn Holley; and his friends, Frank House and Billy Swindell.
He is survived by: his sons, Frank Long (Glenda), David Long (Carol) and Keith Long (Karen); his brother Donald Long; his grandchildren, Kimberly Nelson, Tracy Crow, Jamie Wills, Jennifer Luxton, Amanda Long, Krystle Walker and Shay Long; and also, Ward, Newton, Marion Newton and Doyle Railsback. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial to Trinity Baptist Mission Fund at 1701 E. FM 700, Big Spring, TX 79720.
