He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Lloyd Brooks; his brother-in-law Andrew Armstrong; and his granddaughter Lexi Brooks. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Brooks, Riley Brooks, Averey Brooks (Don Atkinson) and Chance Clanton; his grandchildren, Brennen Atkinson, Alex Birmelin, Andrew Birmelin, Adam Birmelin and Timothy Atkinson; his siblings, Cary Fredlund and Rocky Brooks; and his former wife Angie Brooks.
