He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwin William Agee and Mildred Johnson Jones; his brother Michael Paul Agee; and his grandparents, Samuel Paul Jones and Lillie Beatrice McKeown.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hensel Agee; his daughters, Sara Agee Le, Lisa Baracker and Lindsey Agee; and his siblings, Sharon Morrow, Karen Dopita and Patrick Agee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
