He is survived by: his children, Irene Yanez, Maryann Escovedo, Estella Williams (James), Laura Gutierrez (Fermin), David Escovedo, Jr., Ricky Escovedo (Rachel) and Ernesto Escovedo; and his siblings, Albert Escovedo, Margarto Escovedo, Yolanda Diaz and Luisa Herandez. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; and a number of great great grandchildren.
