He was predeceased by: his parents, Juliana Servin Lopez and Alfonso Lopez; his daughter Diane Herrera; his grandson Anthony Herrera; and his great grandchildren, KiAna Vanderbilt and Mahlaya Woodruff.
He is survived by: his wife Luisa Lopez of Sand Springs; and his children, Mary Rodriguez (Juan) of Big Spring, Claudio Lopez, Jr. (Canyon), David Lopez of Abilene and Raymond Ramirez (Jennifer) of Big Spring. He is also survived by 5 half-sisters; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
