He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Ortega Garcia and Chon Yanez Garcia, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Rosie Garcia Hurt (John) of Kingsland, GA; his nephews, Nick Garcia of Big Spring and Steven Hurt of Kingsland, GA; and his niece Sierra Hurt of Kingsland, GA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
