She was predeceased by: her husband Kent Rainey; and her parents, Cecil Welch and Winona Welch. She is survived by: her siblings, Renae Garner, Roylyn Rainey and Randy Welch. She is also survived by many brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws that she considered siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggest donations be made to Midway Baptist Church in Cherri's honor. 6200 South Service Rd Big Spring, TX 79720.
