He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Ussery, and Charles L. Ussery, Sr.; his wife Gloria Ussery; and his sister Delores Duncan. He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Ussery of Big Spring and Mandy Haggard of Big Spring; his stepdaughter Melissa Brown of Maryland; his sister Diane Troutz of Odessa; and his grandchildren, Justice, Benjamin and Bryar. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.
