He was predeceased by: his father Fermin L. Florez, Sr.; and his brother Fermin L. Florez, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Maria Florez, of Bryan, TX; his wife Catalina Franco Florez of Big Spring; his son Jesse Franco of Big Spring; and his siblings, Florence Rosas (Orlando) of Friendswood, Elizabeth Rios (Robert) of Big Spring, TX, Debra Olague (Tom) of Big Spring and Pedro Florez of Bryan, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
