It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Boyd Richard Carson Jr. of Big Spring, Texas, born in Seville, Ohio, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Richard Carson, Sr. and Iona Mae Norton Carson; his wife Marilyn Gerene Carson; his siblings, Donald Edward Carson and Edith Eleanor Thomas; and his son-in-law Tommy Ralston.
He is survived by: his son Douglas; his daughter-in-law Katricia Carson of Big Spring; his children, Kelly Ralston of Big Spring and Jeff; his daughter-in-law Georgina Carson of Mansfield; his son Jimmy Carson of Big Spring; his siblings-in-law, Gary Lee Anderson, Karen Carson of Monument, Colorado and Shirley (David Gettys) of Mansfield; and also Dee Anderson of San Antonio. He is also survived by his eighteen grandchildren and thirty-one great grandchildren.
