He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Eugene and Jo Ann Capps; his wife Brenda Capps of Big Spring; his children, Terry Joe (TJ) of San Angelo, Jaclyn Connolly of Big Spring and Amy Stevenson of Sulphur Springs; his grandchildren, Gaberial, Grace Capps, Lacee, Ashton, Colton Connolly, Luke Retta, Payden and Caleb Herford; and his sister Denise Emfinger of Big Spring.
