It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Daily of Big Spring, Texas, born in Lindale, Texas, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Myrtle Johnson Kennedy and William Charlie Kennedy; her spouse Thomas "Tom" Daily; her son Robert Daily; her granddaughter Julie Ann Daily; her grandson-in-law Samuel Hull; and her siblings, Sybil Jean Kennedy Clark, Shirlyl Kennedy Womack and Brenda Kennedy Tingley.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Daily (Melissa), Rhonda Hughes and Delores Daily; her grandchildren, Crystal J. Hull, Jessica Steinhelfer (Michael), Mark K. Daily, Jr. (Mica) of Rebecca, L. A, NeQuent (Adam), Lucas Hughes (Kayla), Heather Harris, Erin Hughes, Felicia Tomasek (Ronnie), Crystal Ann Barajas (A. J.), Jacob Daily and Finn Riggon; her great grandchildren, Taylor Edwards (Dylan), Trace Hull, Haleigh Furman (Alex), Eliott Steinhelfer, Mia Steinhelfer, Rowan Daily, Mariah Turner, Keani Look, Hunter James, Tessa Harris, Abigail Hughes, Adam Hughes, Jonathan Hughes and Isabella Stone; her great great grandchildren, Dax Edwards and Hazel Grace Furman; and her siblings, Gerald Kennedy and Charlene Kennedy Cook.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Myers & Smith Funeral Home & Chapel (301 E 24th St, Big Spring, TX 79720). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (1701 E FM700, Big Spring, TX 79720).
