We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2023, at the age of 58, Angela Michelle Oliver of Big Spring, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland D. Fisher and Pearlie Mae Fisher (Ward); and her brother Alton Fisher. She is survived by: her significant other Travis W. Mims; her children, Quentin Dickson, Christopher Vanover, Steven Dickson, Michael Dickson, Tammie Dickson, Travis Mims, Jr., Shuntae Mims and Nathan Mims; and her brother Charles Fisher. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
