He is survived by: his spouse Eledina Arispe-Gutierrez; his children, Nancy Gutierrez Armendarez (Arthur), Alex Gutierrez (Maria), Rubin Gutierrez (Belinda) and Tony Gutierrez; his great grandchildren, Francisco Vasquez, Alejandra Gutierrez (Ramiro Martinez), Manuel Alvino Gutierrez, Rubin Javien Gutierrez, Rubin Josiah Gutierrez, Esmeralda Gutierrez, Esperanza Gutierrez Robins (Tavian Robins), Elida Gutierrez, Sabrina Gonzales (Antonio), Josephine Tovar (Juan), Vicki Viera (Adam) and Jesse Rodriguez (Laura); and his siblings, Juan Gutierrez (Thelma) and Oralia Gutierrez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
