He was predeceased by: his brothers, Faustino Rios, Jr., Salomen Rios, Gustabo Rios and David Rios. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Rios; his children, Rudy Ortega, Jr. (Sonia Gonzales), Thomas Rios (Naomi Rios), Patrick Rios (April Luna), Cresencia Rios (Lupe Canales, Sr.) and Katrina Rios; and his siblings, Robert Rios, Sr. (Liz), Anestacia R. Key, Seaniea R. Aguilar and Betty Jane Torres (Tony). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
