He is survived by: his wife Carol Page; his children, Dennis Page (Cheryl), Mary Farmer and Linda Rose; his grandchildren, DJ Page, Eric Christopher, Danny Christopher, Kellee Maddox, Justin Rose, Jason Rose, Josh, Sabrina Buchanan and Kelly Buchanan; and his sister Linda Owens. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
