He is survived by: his children, Roger Burks (Renee) of Livingston, Kelley Burks Moore of Fort Worth, Kim Delp (Charlie) of Livingston, Karen Alexander (Clarence) of Arlington and Kristy McClain (Buck) of Livingston; and his grandchildren, Christina Mizell (Chris) of Fort Polk, Misty Sumner (Dale) of Livingston, Steven Burks (Donna) of Livingston, Kaycee Hon (Ashley) of Livingston, Montana Delp of Huntsville, Joshua Burks of Livingston, Shanée Moore of Louisville, Marcus Alexander (Lyndsey) of Augusta, Trenae Alexander of Arlington, Ryan McClain of New Braunfels and Easton McClain (Taylor) of Livingston. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
