She is survived by: her children, James Thomas "Jim" Worthen (Laura) of Big Sandy, Robert Wesley Worthen (Lisa) of Texarkana, Perry Mark Worthen, Sr. (Nancy) of Big Sandy, Samuel Forrest Worthen of Big Sandy and Sarah Abigail Worthen Wilson (Michael) of Big Sandy. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
