He is survived by: his wife Treina Mortell-Sandifer; his children, Kenneth, Ricky Mortell and Katie Mortell; his former wife Becky Armstrong; his children, Mickey and Stephanie; his former wife Judy Hillard-Schlunaker; and his children, Phil Hillard and Sherry. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
