He is survived by: his pets, Zach, Domino and Dumas; his wife Sandra Rouse of Big Sandy; his children, Jodie Leon Rouse, III (Anna) of Baytown and Rusty Rouse of Houston; his stepchildren, Kimberly Brown of Crockett and Jeffrey Brown (Tiffany) of Crockett; his brothers, Paul Rouse (Judy) of Wolfe City and David Rouse (Jimmie) of Wolfe City; and his close friends, Scott Hewitt, Mark Cowing and Larry Dunson. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchild.
