He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Heyse and Lizzie Gilbert Heyse; his siblings, Lloyd Heyse, Vera Swinney and Arlene Cloyd; and his daughter Christine Gutierrez.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Heyse; his daughters, Elizabeth Ann Hanna, Sharon Gay Treme and Randi Denise Miller; and his siblings, Bobbie Morris (Jimmie), Pat Brooks and Louise Holloway. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
