He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Hall McDowell and Helen Cline McDowell (late Charlotte McDowell); and his siblings, Mary Sue Roberts, Jessie Ray McDowell and Dean McDowell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Wells, Priscilla Kratzmeyer, Sonya Kratzmeyer, Stephanie Day and Victoria Bamberg; and his siblings, Shirley McGlann and James McDowell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
