He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Putman and Faye Smart Putman; and his brothers, Lynn Carroll McNutt and Timothy Carl Putman. He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsea Rae Putman Dolen and Teela Dawn Putman; his son-in-law Jake Milburn Dolen; his brothers, Charles Stephen McNutt, Larry Elbert Putman and Clarence Alan McNutt; and his grandson Braddox Hoss Putman.
