He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Headrick and Ruby Viola Headrick; his siblings, Sue Belz and Robert Headrick; and his nephews, Greg Belz and Jeremy Lumus.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Stanford of Saginaw, Texas and David Headrick (Delane) of Bertram.
