He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Elizabeth Chaney Bogart (Steve Bogart) and Cynthia Ann Chaney Whiteacre (Carl Seals); his grandchildren, Christen Bogart, Kyle Bogart, Ashely Whiteacre, Jimmy Russell and Allen Henderson; and his great grandchildren, Kasche Russell, Jesse Henderson and Alexis Russell.
