He was predeceased by: his brothers, Arthur Felan and Alonzo Felan. He is survived by: his son Fred Felan, Sr. (Eloisa Rodriquez Felan); his wife Cathy Felan; his children, Myra (David Clendennen) and Trey (Joy Felan); his granddaughters, Laura (Chase Wilcoxon), Stephanie (Jeff Douglas), Andrea (Austin Durnell) and Aimee (Michael Barnard); and his great grandchildren, Luke, Ava Wilcoxon, Tripp Douglas, Sophia Durnell, Johnny, Caleb and Brady Barnard.
