He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Parker and Mattie Jewel Lee Parker. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Marie Drzymalla; his son Russell Wayne Parker (Barbara Briggs); his grandchildren, Curtis Wesley Parker (Cameron Turner) and Jessica Marie Parker (Augie Arreaga); his sister Bobbie Ruth Franke (Edgar Franke); his nephews, Michael and Mark Franke; and his niece Kimberley Franke (Tracy Johnston). He is also survived by (god-daughter), and numerous other relatives and friends.
