He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhard Brod and Lucile Brod (Weishuhn); his brother Marvin Brod; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Braden, Bob Morgan and Beverly Brod.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Brod; his son Kent Brod (Melissa); his grandchildren, Kaitlon Brod (John Montantez) and Kolton Brod; his siblings, Hazel Braden, Irene Morgan and Cecil Brod; and his sister-in-law Frances Brod.
