He is survived by: his wife Pauline Nelson; his sons, Donald Wayne Nelson (Terri) of Bernardo, Brian Scott Nelson (Jen) of Rhome and Todd William Nelson (Robin) of Bernardo; his grandchildren, Kaylee Lehde (Landon), Mendi Brown (Garrett), Shandi Polak (Garrett), Randice Nelson, Raegan Nelson, Raelee Nelson, Brandon Nelson, Megan Bennici, Clint Popham, Erin Bennici, Clayton Donaldson and Erin Wallace; his great grandchildren, Ledger, Bayler, Brantley and Braelyn; and his siblings, Sharon Roensch of Bernardo, Carolyn Foster (Lester) of Shaws Bend, Marilyn Nelson of Columbus, Susie Strauss of New Ulm, Kenneth Nelson (Bonnie) of Bernardo and Murray Nelson of Bernardo.
