She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelo Barrientes and Anita Lerma; her husband Ruperto Rodriguez, Jr.; her siblings, Pilar Silvas, Ofelia Montez, Felicita Gonzales, Octaviana Salinas, Olivia Rodriguez, Marcelo Barrientes, Jr. and David Barrientes; and her great grandchild Joaquin Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Rodriguez (Linda) of Grand Prairie, Florinda Gutierrez (Alex) and Lisa Rodriguez of Houston; and her pet Chispita. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
